Vtiger is a great CRM tool, but its image import feature can be buggy. If you’re having trouble with KCFinder, you’re not alone. Many users have reported this problem on the Vtiger forums, but there isn’t a one-size-fits-all solution. We’ve developed a small module that will solve the problem on all versions of Vtiger. Once installed, our module will allow you to import images into your email templates without any issues. So if you’re struggling with KCFinder, give our module a try – it just might be the solution you’ve been looking for!

we suggest following these steps:

  • Backup the vtiger environment :

Backing up your work is always a good idea, but it’s especially important before installing a new module. This way, if you run into any problems, you can always go back to your previous version. When you’re backing up your work, be sure to include any customizations or developments you’ve made. That way, if you need to roll back your changes, you won’t lose any progress. Backing up your work may seem like extra effort, but it’s always better to be safe than sorry.
